Shazada was one of my first broodmares, and we competed in eventing in the USA and Canada. Her daughter Shirin Giz is in foal for 2015...

In 1999 I bought Olimpic Gul and Shazda Giz, my first 2 pure bred mares. I trained both of them for eventing. Here is Olimpic Gul, at different venues, and currently I compete on her son Paktaly! Olympic Gul Paktaly
On her last day before returning to England Alex wanted to ride Pan Tau again, so I rode DP and we did a trail ride. After lunch she jumped Kegas XC and Zoe Paelka. Zoe and Paelka Alex and Kegas
Our last recognized show for the year! Alex is on the waiting list with Kegas...but did not make it in. I got a good dressage score on Paktaly, 39.5 and stood in 8th place. Cross country warm up went well, and we jumped clean! So proud of him because there were some challenging questions out there! We had 1.2 time faults and moved up to 7th place!
Sunday show jumping the pressure was up...one rail could put me out of the ribbons...but it turned out we were one of only 2 combinations that jumped double clear in our class and we finished in 6th place! So proud of my horse! Alex is visiting from England, and in return for helping at the farm she is staying with us.
We have taken glamor shots of the horses, we covered Shirin twice with Pan Tau, rode a lot and made a new jump, and now she is the last one left on the waiting list to compete at Aspen Horse trails...fingers crossed she and Kegas get to compete! Every year I make a new jump. This year Alex who is visiting from England helped. So we decided to name it the "black root from England". It took us about an hour to get the log from the neighbors to our pace, and today it took us about 10 minutes to unspook the horses!!!
