We have been working on this all year...and finally...we see the fruit....
First Jenny and I became full partners and made SWF A-T an LLC.
Then we both rallied and came up with a down payment, and the impossible became possible...after many ups and downs.
We have not closed yet...but we are in escrow!
Our farm plan has been approved to keep the property in Agriculture, hence we know we are soon to be proud owners of some soil called Semiahmoo Muck.
Sad news, we were too late to purchase the barn and riding arena we jused to lease, the 9 acres got sold and will be turned into a house and the arena into a hobby shop.
The good news...we will have 76 acres of grass land plus minus some forest.
